If you need the item(s) by a certain time or for a particular event, it would best to please call us before placing your order so we can attempt to check on the availability with the supplier ahead of time.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We willl pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the items you order, some shipping costs may be higher or lower than the estimate.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
For the items with a fixed shipping cost (i.e. most jewelry pieces, T-shirts, pocket knives, and various other items) this fixed shipping rate applies for inside the continental United States only and will be different for international orders. Flat rate shipping for international orders from the United states to other countries can be found on USPS.com, as this is often what we use for international orders.
Please note that in order to maintain our low prices, we do not always stock all items but can order them for you once you have placed the order. Because of this, expect to receive your order approximately 10-14 business days after you have placed the order. This time frame includes the time it takes for us to place the order and have it shipped to our location, and the time it takes for us to ship it to you. On occasion, there may be an item that is backordered but we are unable to know if the item is back-ordered until the order arrives to our warehouse form the manufacturer. This is because there are thousands of items, constantly changing in availability and inventory level. If the item is back-ordered, will will contact you once we receive the shipment that your order was meant to be included in and give you an option to wait for it to become available, to substitute it for another item, or a refund. If you ordered more than one item and they become available a different times, depending on the items, there may be additional, (however discounted) shipping charges to send them in separate shipments.
